These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Fill My Roster's website and mobile app (the "Service"), operated by HVLNDH LLC. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Fill My Roster helps youth and adult recreational sports teams find players, and helps players find teams, based on sport, position, age group, availability, and location.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a coach or player account for yourself. A parent or legal guardian may create and manage a player profile on behalf of a minor child, and by doing so represents that they have the legal authority to do so.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile and for keeping your account credentials secure.
The Service, including its software, source code, designs, trademarks (including the Fill My Roster name and logo), and underlying concepts, is owned by HVLNDH LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in the Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by applicable law.
Subject to these Terms, HVLNDH LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
You retain ownership of the profile information, reviews, and other content you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a license to host, display, and share it with other users as necessary to operate the Service (for example, showing a player's profile to a coach searching for a roster spot).
You agree not to: provide false information in a profile; use the Service to harass, defraud, or endanger any person, including minors; attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours; or interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
We may issue strikes, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to other users, particularly minors.
Some coach/team features may be limited by a credit system or subscription. Fees, if any, will be disclosed before you incur them. Fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or as we otherwise state at the time of purchase.
HVLNDH LLC does not run background checks on users and does not guarantee the accuracy of any profile, review, or team information. You are solely responsible for exercising your own judgment — including in-person verification and appropriate supervision of minors — when arranging to meet or play with anyone through the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HVLNDH LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service, including any interactions or arrangements made with other users.
You agree to indemnify and hold HVLNDH LLC harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
