This Privacy Policy explains how HVLNDH LLC ("HVLNDH LLC", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information through Fill My Roster's website and mobile app (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

Account information: email address and password, handled by our authentication provider (Supabase).
Player profile information: name, date of birth, city, zip code, phone number, contact email, preferred contact method, uniform sizes, selected sports, and per-sport details such as position, skill level, availability, and the team you currently play for.
Team/coach information: team name, sport, city, age group, competitiveness level, and team record.
Activity data: team requests sent and received, favorited players, credit balances, and reports or reviews submitted about fields or complexes.
We do not collect payment card details ourselves — any payments are processed by a third-party payment processor, which has its own privacy practices.
Fill My Roster is used to register youth sports players, some of whom are under 13. A parent or legal guardian — including a coach registering their own child — must be the one to create a player profile for a minor, and by doing so represents that they are that child's parent or legal guardian and consent to the collection of the information described above on the child's behalf.
We collect only what's needed to match players with teams (name, age, city, sport, and availability) and do not knowingly allow behavioral advertising directed at children. A parent or guardian may review, correct, or request deletion of their child's profile at any time by contacting us at the address below.
If we learn that a child's profile was created without appropriate parental involvement, we will take steps to remove it.
To operate the core service: matching players with teams based on sport, position, age, availability, and location.
To deliver team requests and notifications between coaches and players.
To maintain, secure, and improve the Service, and to enforce our Terms of Service (including the strikes/moderation system).
With other users as part of the core service — for example, a player's public profile fields are visible to coaches searching the roster, and a coach's team profile is visible to players.
With service providers who host and process data on our behalf, currently Supabase (database and authentication) and Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery). These providers process data under their own security and confidentiality commitments to us.
When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or the public.
We do not sell personal information.
We retain profile and activity data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us — we will delete or anonymize it except where we need to retain limited records for legal or security reasons.
You can review and edit most profile information directly in the app or website at any time. You may request a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us at the email below. Residents of certain states (including California) have additional statutory rights over their personal information; contact us to exercise them.
We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit and access controls provided by our infrastructure providers, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date; material changes may also be announced in the app.
